1. Return Window

Yoanxmβ„’ offers a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

βœ” Returned with original packaging, labels, or tags when applicable
βœ” Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Items that are used, damaged by improper handling, missing packaging, or returned without approval may not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including where and how to send the item.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at service@yoanxm.com. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or further instructions.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.


4. Items That May Not Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used pet products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional clearance items

  • Perishable pet items, if applicable

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

5. Exchanges

For the fastest exchange experience, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the item you prefer.

Once your return is approved and received, we will process it according to our refund policy.


6. EU Customer Returns

For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

This right is in addition to our standard return policy where applicable.


7. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after approval. Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to complete the posting.
