To help keep pricing fair and reduce unnecessary storage or packaging waste, some orders may be shipped directly from trusted fulfillment partners, manufacturing facilities, or regional warehouses.

Each order is reviewed and prepared before shipment.

Standard Processing Time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for order confirmation, quality inspection, packing, and shipment preparation.

Peak Seasons & Promotions:
During holidays, special campaigns, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

Shipping costs will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier route, and fulfillment location.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia 10–16 business days
Other International Locations 14–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weather conditions, customs inspections, local carrier delays, or high-volume seasons may occasionally affect delivery.


4. Tracking Your Order πŸ“¦

Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please keep in mind:

βœ” Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment
βœ” A temporary tracking delay does not mean the package is lost
βœ” Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination region

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, shipments may be delivered under DDU β€” Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means customers may be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Local handling fees

  • Other charges required by the destination country

Customs rules vary by country. Yoanxmβ„’ is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs processing.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to help deliver items sooner.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

βœ” Photos of the outer package and shipping label

After review, we will help provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or further support.


8. Lost Packages

If a carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at service@yoanxm.com.

Yoanxmβ„’ will review the case and assist with a suitable resolution, such as a replacement shipment when applicable.

Please note that incorrect shipping addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages may not qualify for free replacement.
